The more you play at pusss888, the more rewards you earn. Our VIP program is designed to recognise player loyalty with exclusive benefits that grow with your membership tier.
Four tiers with increasingly exclusive benefits — every ringgit you wager brings you closer to the next level
The pusss888 VIP system is designed so that all players — from newcomers to seasoned veterans — have a clear path to better benefits. No complicated application process, no hidden conditions. Just play and let your VIP points accumulate automatically.
Start by registering a free account. All new accounts begin as Regular members and are eligible for an upgrade to Silver once your first deposit reaches RM500.
Every deposit and game you play at pusss888 — whether slots, casino, sports, or bingo — automatically accumulates VIP points to your account.
Log in to your account and check your VIP dashboard to see how many points you've accumulated, your current tier, and how much more you need to reach the next level.
Once your total deposits reach the next tier threshold, the upgrade happens automatically. You will be notified via in-app notification and email with details of your new benefits.
Your new VIP benefits are active immediately after upgrading — higher cashback, higher withdrawal limits, and access to exclusive game rooms.
RM1,360 / RM2,000 — Only RM640 more to reach Gold
RM2,160 / RM8,000 — 27% of the way to Platinum
RM2,500 / RM25,000 — Keep playing to reach Diamond
Unlike some other loyalty programs, pusss888 VIP points have no expiry date. Keep accumulating without any time pressure.
Your VIP tier is also retained for 90 days after it is achieved — giving you ample time to maintain your status.
From cashback to a personal account manager — here's what awaits you as a VIP member
Pusss888 VIP members enjoy significantly higher weekly cashback compared to regular members — from 5% for Silver up to 30% for Diamond, credited directly to your wallet every Monday with no claims required.
Forget long waiting times. Diamond VIP members enjoy withdrawals within 1 hour, Platinum within 3 hours, and Gold within 6 hours. Your winnings reach you faster.
Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated VIP account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or a private channel. They are on hand to assist with any enquiries, bonus requests, or technical issues 24 hours a day.
Birthday bonuses, birthday gifts, daily reload bonuses, and surprise promotions not publicly announced — all exclusively for pusss888 VIP members and unavailable to regular players.
Exclusive blackjack, baccarat, and roulette tables with higher betting limits, a more relaxed atmosphere, and personalised service. Gold members and above gain access to these exclusive game rooms.
Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive invitations to exclusive competitions, special tournaments, and pusss888 VIP events with prizes not available to the general public. A genuinely different experience.
Many online gambling platforms have VIP programs, but not all of them deliver equal value. Some lock the best benefits behind conditions that are nearly impossible to meet, some downgrade VIP status without any notice, and some offer rewards that mean little in a player's real life.
At pusss888, our approach is different. Our VIP program is built on the principles of transparency, fairness, and genuinely meaningful rewards. The requirements to reach each tier are clear and consistent — no sudden changes in terms, no unpleasant surprises. You know from the start what is needed and what awaits you at every level.
The most common thing we hear from pusss888 VIP members is about withdrawal speed. For serious players, waiting 3–5 business days for funds to arrive is genuinely painful. At pusss888, Diamond VIP members get withdrawals processed within 1 hour in most cases — including on weekends and public holidays. This is not an empty promise; it is part of our commitment to our VIP members.
Another aspect we take pride in is our VIP account managers. Not every platform can deliver this meaningfully — many have the title of "account manager" but in practice they are just regular customer support agents reading from a standard script. At pusss888, our VIP managers are individuals who genuinely know your account, understand your gaming preferences, and can recommend the bonuses or promotions that best suit your playing style.
On the cashback side, the 30% rate for Diamond members is among the highest you will find on any online gaming platform today. And unlike some cashback programs loaded with wagering conditions that drastically reduce the real value, pusss888 VIP cashback is credited with reasonable and transparent terms.
Pusss888 VIP accounts are protected by additional security layers — mandatory two-factor authentication, unusual activity monitoring, and high-level data encryption.
For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, stricter KYC verification is required to protect your account and funds from any misuse.
